Stefano de Costanzo

Stefano de Costanzo is the Kitchen Theory Pastry Chef consultant. The Italian born chef brings passion and creativity as well as meticulous expertise to his desserts. His career began in Italy gaining experiences with the caliber of Gualtiero Marchesi, Roberto Rinaldini and Portinari Brothers. Stefano was also a private chef for the Italian Ambassador in Moscow. In 2010, continued his career as a Pastry Chef in London. Stefano’s CV includes working with Giorgio Locatelli, Gordon Ramsay Holdings and Four Seasons Hotel Park Lane.

Stefano was behind the dessert ‘believe nothing of what you hear’ at Synaesthesia by Kitchen Theory and headed the 6 course dessert inspired menu in July 2015 entitled Sensualità by Kitchen Theory alongside Jozef Youssef.
